Welcome to Neumarz, a commercial brand under Kainjoo Consulting Group SA (“Neumarz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in Switzerland. By accessing or using our website (neumarz.com), services, products, and content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which are governed by Swiss law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
